Financial Forum to Help People with Disabilities

A financial empowerment literacy forum for people with disabilities is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. April 7 at the Kashmere Multi-Service Center, 4802 Lockwood.

Participants will receive information on budgeting, understanding credit, new credit card laws and the Bank on Houston program.  Presentations will be in English and Spanish. Captioning will be provided for the hearing impaired. 

Activities include guest speakers, snacks and door prizes.
