The Houston Youth Workforce Council educates, trains, and facilitates career exposure and placements for youth by utilizing evidence-based practices, collaboration with youth development partners, and educational systems for collective impact.

Vision

Convene and connect public, private, and philanthropic workforce stakeholders to facilitate alignment of advocacy, programs, resources, and services that provide youth and young adult populations, ages 16 to 24, with skills, education, and opportunities needed to succeed in today’s complex labor force.
