Eligibility for Houston Health Department Health Centers can be determined on-site. Provides application completion for Harris County Financial Assistance ProgramTexas Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and Healthy Texas Women program.

    To qualify for the Harris County Area Agency on Aging senior program, you must be 60 years of age or older. The program focuses on social activities, arts and crafts, and volunteer opportunities within the community. Daily warm lunch offered to pre-registered clients. We offer an array of fun and healthy activities, including but not limited to, line dancing, scrap booking, and wellness workshops.
